Job summary

Intrias Mandiri Sejati in Madiun is seeking a skilled SPV – Smartphone to expand our dealer network and strengthen brand presence in-store.

Lead a sales team, drive monthly sell-through and sell-out targets, and oversee promoter performance with trainers. Fluency in English and a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

You will analyze market data, coordinate with dealers, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Good communication and negotiation skills, target result-oriented
• Experience in the related field with retail gadget sales, minimum 1–2 years (competitor company preferred) as a Supervisor
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong market and data analysis skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office/software
• Team leading experience
• Fluency in English is a must
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Expand new customers/dealers and build good relationships with dealers and team members
• Enhance store image and improve the Company’s product branding
