Job summary

Intrias Mandiri Sejati is seeking a passionate professional to join our team in Jakarta. You will expand new customers and dealers, build strong relationships, and help enhance our store image and product branding.

The role focuses on achieving monthly sell-through and sell-out targets while guiding promoters with trainers to maintain smooth operations. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in gadget retail sales at supervisor level, strong communication and analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in the related field with retail gadget sales, minimum 1–2 years as a Supervisor.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand new customers/dealers and build good relationships with dealers and team members.
• Enhance store image and improve the Company’s product branding.
• Responsible for achieving monthly sell-through and sell-out targets.
• Oversee promoter performance together with trainers to ensure smooth operations.
• Update job assessments monthly based on regional and country strategies.
