Facetology is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive regional sales targets across Jabodetabek. You will lead and coach the local sales team, build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to grow market share.

You will monitor performance, analyze market trends, and oversee trade marketing programs while ensuring product availability across channels. Based in Jakarta or willing to relocate, travel frequently within the region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales management experience in FMCG or beauty.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a regional sales team.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Jabodetabek market; willingness to travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta.
