Job summary

PT Gloria Jasa Mandiri is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and grow a WiFi product sales team in Surabaya. You will drive targets, design incentives, and coordinate with marketing, technical, and other divisions to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong leadership, an energetic attitude, and a background in door-to-door sales or equivalent leadership experience. You will manage at least eight sales team members to achieve expansion in the telecom/ISP market.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Supervisor/Leader or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience in Telecommunications, GSM Card, ISP, or Cable TV preferred.
• Must lead a minimum of 8 sales team members.
