Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting field sales staff.
• Lead, direct, and supervise daily team activities.
• Provide daily briefings, motivation, and individual performance evaluations.
• Take full responsibility for sales targets and subscriber goals set by management.
• Develop tactical field strategies.
• Help staff resolve customer complaints and deal closure obstacles.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales data recapitulations.
• Map potential coverage areas.
