Job summary

PT Agroiris Crop Protection Indonesia is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth across the Sumatera Selatan region. The ideal candidate has proven success in pesticides and crop protection sales, regional account management, and team leadership.

You will oversee distributors, retailers, and farmers, demonstrate field marketing activities, and improve collections and accounts receivable processes. Strong knowledge of local crops and market dynamics is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of actual sales experience in pesticides / crop protection products.
• Experience independently managing a region, province, or territory.
• Experience managing Sales Representatives, Promoters, or a Sales Team.
• Evidence of sales results, growth, or target achievement.
• Experience with distributors, retailers, and farmers.
• Experience in market activities like field demos and farmer meetings.
• Experience in collection / accounts receivable management.
• Good knowledge of the pesticide market in the target region.
• Experience with major crops (rice, corn, horticulture).
• Experience in agrochemical companies or strong local agrochemical companies.
