About The Role

As a Area Development Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and leading a team of sales representatives in the South Kalimantan region. What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support and coaching to help them achieve their targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales goals
• Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to the sales management team
• Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of leads and conversions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to promote our products and services
• Provide regular feedback and recommendations to improve sales processes and customer experience
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and best practices
