Job summary

PetroSea in Papua Barat invites an experienced Mechanical Engineer to plan, direct, and monitor all project resources on site to ensure on-time, within-budget completion and compliance with specifications. You will lead field teams, manage budgets, promote teamwork, ensure resource availability through regular meetings, and uphold SHE standards including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP.

Fluency in English is an advantage, and you will drive continuous improvement on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in construction.
• Computer literate, CAD and databases knowledge.
• Analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet schedule.
• Fluent in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead subordinates and subcontractors to meet the construction schedule.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with Project Management.
• Ensure resources are available at site through regular meetings.

Job Summary

Plan, direct, and monitor all project resources in the field to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and in accordance with the specifications.

To manage and provide leadership to Subordinates controlling on a day to day basis all labor, direct or subcontract, and all non-labor resources in order to achieve the construction schedule and the project quality on the site. The construction schedule and the project quality on the site are successfully achieved.

Assist the Project Management team to promote and develop team work. Assistance is successful.

Ensure Subordinates plan and manage that all necessary resources are available at site in order to meet the construction schedule through regular construction meetings. The construction schedule through regular construction meeting is met.

Understanding the basics of the project budget and ensure that costs do not exceed budget. The cost is effectively managed.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical Engineering
