Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture is required.
• Minimum 2 years in architecture or related field.
• Experience on hotel/villa/premium residential construction projects with recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawing processes, methods, materials, and detailing.
• Proficient in English (spoken & written).
• Willingness to conduct site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs for property projects.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings for project execution.
• Produce plans, elevations, sections, details, and other technical drawings.
• Develop designs from concept through construction drawing stage.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and constructible.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, interior, and other stakeholders.
• Revise drawings per project requirements and site conditions.
• Conduct site measurements and inspections when required.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams.
• Ensure drawings follow applicable technical standards and project specifications.

We are looking for a strong practical specialist with real experience in preparing construction drawings.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Architecture
• Having experience in hotel/villa/premium residental construction projects with recomendations
• Strong understanding of construction drawing processes, construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing
• Having experience in Architecture or relevan field (Min. 2 Years)
• Ability to make a concept and create construction drawings
• Good in English (spoken & written)
• Responsible, disciplined, and systematic personality
• Mandatory ability to work with Google Sheets
• SketchUp and AutoCAD skills are an advantage
• Willing to conduct site visits when required

Main Responsibilities

• Develope architectural designs for property projects
• Prepare detailed construction drawings for project implementation
• Produce architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and other technical drawings
• Develope designs from the initial concept through the cobstruction drawing stage
• Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed, and suitable for construction
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, interior, and other project requirements
• Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions
• Conduct site measurements and site inspections when required
• Coordinate with contractors, site teams, and other project stakeholders
• Ensure drawings follow applicable technical standards and project specifications

Working Conditions

• 6 working days per week
• Working hours: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Break time: 12:00 PM - 01:00 PM
