Job summary

PT ZONA PRIMA SOLUSI is seeking a hands-on Technical Supervisor / Finishing Works Coordinator in Bali. The role focuses on on-site finishing supervision, ensuring high workmanship, timely progress, and strict quality control across hotel/villa/premium residential projects.

Will work with contractors and project teams to monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain premium standards. Strong practical background in construction and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Experience in hotel/villa/premium residential construction projects with recommendations
• Strong understanding of finishing works processes
• Experience managing subcontractors on construction sites with recommendations
• Ability to read drawings
• Proficient in English (spoken & written)
• Responsible, disciplined, and systematic
• Mandatory ability to work with Google Sheets
• SketchUp and AutoCAD skills are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Quality control of finishing works: painting works, gypsum ceilings, tiles/porcelain tiles, sanitary installation, facade and decorative works, landscape and small architectural forms (MAF)
• Coordination of contractors and workers
• Checking works according to drawings and technical standards
• Daily site inspections and defect reporting
• Assigning tasks to contractors and controlling defect rectification
• Coordination with technical supervision, project managers, designers, and management
• Controlling cleanliness, protection of finished surfaces, and work discipline on site
• Preparing daily reports and photo reports
• Working with drawings and providing technical comments on site

Technical Supervisor / Finishing Works Coordinator

This role requires a hands‑on professional with strong experience in finishing works, contractor supervision, and quality control. You will be responsible for ensuring all finishing details are completed neatly, accurately, and according to premium project standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing on-site coordination efficiently while maintaining timelines and workmanship quality.

You will work closely with contractors and project teams to monitor progress, solve technical issues on site, and ensure every stage of the finishing process meets expectations. What we’re looking for

Minimum Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering or Architecture

Having experience in hotel/villa/premium residental construction projects with recommendations

Strong understanding of finishing works processes

Having experience in managing subcontractor on construction sites with recommendations

Ability to read drawings

Good in English (spoken & written)

Responsible, disciplined, and systematic personality

Mandatory ability to work with Google Sheets

Working Conditions

6 working days per week

Working hours: 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Break time: 12:00 PM - 01:00 PM
