Job summary

PT Meinhardt Indonesia is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (Architecture) to support the delivery of high-quality architectural BIM models and documentation across multidisciplinary consultancy projects, including commercial buildings, infrastructure, and data centers.

As part of our consulting team, you will collaborate closely with architects, structural and MEP engineers to ensure accurate, coordinated, and compliant BIM deliverables throughout the design lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or related field.
• 1-3 years of BIM Revit experience in a consultancy or design environment.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
• Experience with multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and project delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Produce tender and IFC construction documentation.
• Coordinate models with Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Maintain BIM standards, model accuracy, and documentation quality.
