Job summary

PT SIDO BANGUN KONTRAKTOR is seeking an architectural drafter to create and modify shop drawings and as-built drawings for residential and commercial projects. You will translate design ideas into precise 2D/3D drawings and coordinate with Planning, Construction and Project Management to ensure drawings meet specifications.

Based in the Jabodetabek area, you should have a D3 or S1 in Architecture or Civil/Building Engineering and 1–2 years of drafting experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or S1 education in Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Drafter, preferably on residential, shophouse, or boarding house projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify architectural working drawings (shop drawings) and as-built drawings with detail and precision.
• Translate design ideas and concepts (building facades, spatial layouts, etc.) into 2D and 3D technical drawings.
• Coordinate with Planning, Construction, and Project Management teams to ensure drawings comply with specifications.
• Assist in calculating building material volumes based on working drawings.
• Manage drawing files (batch plotting, digital archiving) and ensure organized accessibility for the project team.
• Conduct project site visits in the Jabodetabek area when required.

Job description

Create and modify architectural working drawings (shop drawings) and as-built drawings with detail and precision for residential and commercial projects. Translate design ideas and concepts (building facades, spatial layouts, etc.) into 2D and 3D technical drawings. Coordinate with Planning, Construction, and Project Management teams to ensure drawings comply with material specifications, structure, waterproofing, and plumbing systems in the field. Assist the team in calculating building material volumes based on completed working drawings. Ensure drawing file management (batch plotting, digital archiving) is organized and easily accessible to the project team.

About you

Minimum D3 or S1 education in Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Drafter, preferably with experience on residential, shophouse, or boarding house projects

Proficient in design software: AutoCAD (2D/3D) and SketchUp

Strong understanding of building construction details, material standards, and design proportions (blend of modern and classical aesthetics)

Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work to deadlines

Willing to conduct project visits in the Jabodetabek area if required
