Job summary

PT EMPAT TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA is seeking a 3D Drafter & Project Support to develop 3D designs and models, perform field surveys, and coordinate with marketing, project, and field teams to ensure accurate technical visualization and project monitoring.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or Revit, the ability to read drawings, and a portfolio of prior 3D design work and field survey experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Eng, Architecture, Mechanical Eng, or related field.
• Ability in 3D design and 3D modelling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar 3D software.
• Able to read working drawings, layouts, floor plans, and technical details.
• Portfolio of 3D design results and field survey experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop 3D designs and models per requirements.
• Create supporting drawings for presentations, proposals, and marketing.
• Conduct field surveys and measurements for drawings.
• Revise drawings based on survey results and project needs.
• Provide technical visualization to marketing for prospective customers.
• Support project team by monitoring field work.
• Ensure field work complies with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Project teams and other stakeholders.

Job description

3D Drafter & Project Support role involving creation and development of 3D designs and models according to company/project needs, field surveys and measurements, and coordination with marketing, project, and field teams to support technical visualization and project monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop designs and 3D models according to company/project requirements
• Create supporting drawings for presentation, proposal, quotation, and marketing needs
• Conduct field surveys and measurements as the basis for drawing/design creation
• Perform revisions and adjustments to drawings based on survey results and project requirements
• Assist the Marketing team in providing technical visualization and design to prospective customers
• Assist the Project team in monitoring progress and supervising work in the field
• Ensure field work complies with drawings, designs, and specified specifications
• Create documentation and reports of survey results and field work
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant parties during the work process

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Ability in 3D Design and 3D Modelling
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar 3D software
• Able to read and understand working drawings, layouts, floor plans, and technical details
• Able to conduct measurements and field surveys and translate measurement results into 2D/3D drawings
• Ability to create presentation drawings/3D visualization to support company marketing and quotation needs
• Willing to conduct field visits and measurements as needed for work
• Willing to assist project team in monitoring and supervising field work
• Able to coordinate with Marketing, Project teams, and relevant parties in the field
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, responsible, and able to work independently and in teams
• Portfolio of 3D design results, field survey/measurement experience, or drafter/project support experience required
