Job summary

Larsen & Toubro invites a Senior Architect to lead architectural design for our project sites, from concept to construction detailing, ensuring compliance with NBC, NFPA, IATA, ICAO standards and site regulations. The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture (mandatory) with 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial buildings; airport design is a plus; Masters is preferred.

Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing the architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details stages as per the scope of the project in compliance with statutory rules and regulations. Selection of materials, specifications and quantity estimation of the same. Design coordination with other disciplines and resolving inter disciplinary design issues. Ensuring proper, timely and effective delivery of drawings and documents for construction and adhering to relevant codes and standards.

Requirements

• Desired knowledge and experience
• EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:(degree, training, or certification required)
• Bachelors in Architecture (Mandatory)
• Masters in Architecture (Preferred)
• RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:(no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience of commercial buildings. Preference shall be given to Airport design
