Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Sr Architect / Principal Architect for its project site at EDRC HQ. The role focuses on developing architectural concepts through to construction details, ensuring compliance with NBC, NFPA, IATA, and ICAO standards.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial projects, with a preference for airport design. Proficiency in Revit Arch, AutoCAD, and SketchUp Pro is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor in Architecture required.
• Masters in Architecture preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in commercial buildings; airport design preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details stages per project scope.
• Select materials, specifications and estimate quantities.

Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing the architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details stages as per the scope of the project in compliance with statutory rules and regulations. Selection of materials, specifications and quantity estimation of the same. Design coordination with other disciplines and resolving inter disciplinary design issues. Ensuring proper, timely and effective delivery of drawings and documents for construction and adhering to relevant codes and standards.

Requirements

• Desired knowledge and experience
• EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:(degree, training, or certification required)
• Bachelors in Architecture (Mandatory)
• Masters in Architecture (Preferred)
• RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:(no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience of commercial buildings. Preference shall be given to Airport design
