Job summary

PT. Dillenger and Conquest Partners seeks a Render Specialist to produce high-quality architectural renders and visualizations from design concepts. You will develop realistic 3D environments, materials, lighting, and details for presentations and project development.

Collaborate with Architecture, Interior, and Development teams to ensure visuals accurately reflect the design. English proficiency is required, and you must deliver revisions based on feedback from the Architect and project team.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor in Architecture or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Render Specialist or similar role.
• Proficient in Unreal Engine and 3D rendering software.
• English proficiency required.

About you

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture, 3D Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

2+ years of experience as a Render Specialist, 3D Artist, or Architectural Visualizer is preferred.

Proficient in Unreal Engine and other relevant 3D rendering software.

Strong understanding of 3D modeling, materials, lighting, composition, and architectural visualization.

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

English proficiency is required.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
