Job summary

Path Finder Investment seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable specialist to manage daily AR tasks, including invoice creation and payment posting. You will monitor balances, follow up on overdue payments, and perform reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.

Proficiency in Odoo ERP and Excel is preferred to support month-end closings and reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 1–2 years of AR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, collection processes, payment allocation, and customer reconciliation.
• Experience in preparing journal entries, posting accounting transactions, reconciling account balances, and supporting month-end closing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Odoo ERP is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable transactions, including invoice generation and payment posting.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Perform customer account reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Record accounting transactions and prepare journal entries accurately and timely.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to AR.
• Prepare AR aging reports and other receivable reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers regarding billing and payment matters.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Utilize Odoo ERP to manage AR transactions and financial records.
