Job summary

JYX Packaging, a global leader in luxury and sustainable packaging, seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist who can handle billing, collection, and reconciliation with strong ERP experience. Mandarin language skills are a plus.

You will collaborate across Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Production, and Finance to ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and compliant tax documentation in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2–5 years in Accounts Receivable, finance, or collection roles.
• Strong understanding of AR cycle, billing, cash receipts, and credit control.
• Experience in preparing invoices, debit/credit notes, and SOA.
• Proficient in reconciliation and dispute resolution.
• Familiar with VAT/PPN, PPh, e-Faktur taxation in Indonesia.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics/Odoo/Accurate).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue invoices, debit/credit notes, and related documents.
• Verify billing against orders and supporting docs before invoicing.
• Monitor AR aging, payment terms, and overdue accounts.
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments and discrepancies.
• Record payments and perform customer account reconciliations.
• Maintain SOAs and coordinate with Sales, Treasury, and Finance.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closings and AR cut-off procedures.
• Support audits with AR documentation and reconciliations.
