J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo) is seeking a proactive professional to coordinate end-to-end customs clearance and manage financial reporting for the Automotive/Geely account. The role requires strong Mandarin communication with clients and partners and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and customs agents.

The candidate should have a Bachelor degree and experience in account management and detailed record-keeping.

Qualifications

Mandarin fluency is required for client and partner communications.
Bachelor degree in any major is required.
Experience in account management, record keeping, and financial tracking is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and cross-functional communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office for data handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end customs clearance processes to ensure compliance and smooth entry/exit.
Manage daily accounts, record-keeping, and financial reporting for the Automotive/Geely account.
Serve as the primary liaison between key stakeholders, customs agents, and client representatives.
Track project performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly status reports.
Maintain regular, clear communications in Mandarin with clients and partners.
