Job summary

Trane Technologies plc in Indonesia is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to maintain heating and air conditioning at customer sites. This field-based role requires hands-on problem solving and timely on-site repairs with a focus on equipment performance and safety.

You will learn about Trane products, assist with operation tools and documentation, and provide support for tube cleaning, refrigerant handling, and chiller repair under supervision.

Qualifications

• Senior Technical School with at least 2 years experience in HVAC.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic English language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic knowledge on Trane products.
• Assist to manage operation tools.
• Assist maintenance work and complete related documentation.
• Assist tube cleaning / refrigerant handling under supervision.
• Assist chiller repair under supervision.

Where is the work:

Field-based: Work is conducted on-site at customer locations.

What's in it for you:

HVAC Service Technician will play a role of maintaining heating/air conditioning by identifying repair/replacement needs necessary to maintain equipment and systems; providing necessary information on the proper uses of the equipment; and ensuring adequate materials are available to complete assignments in a timely manner.

• Assist to manage operation tools
• Assist maintenance work, learn to complete related documentation
• Assist tube cleaning / refrigerant handling job1- Able to complete maintenance work under instruction from higher level technician
• Able to complete tube cleaning under instruction from higher level technician
• Assist chiller repair

What you will bring:

• Minimal Senior Technical School with at least 2 years' experience in the HVAC industry
• Strong work commitment and can work under pressure
• Can understand English language will be a good advantage
