Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our mobile field service team in Jakarta.

You will service, maintain and commission HVACR equipment at multiple customer sites, diagnosing faults efficiently and ensuring systems run safely and reliably. Role requires strong electrical and diagnostic skills, the ability to interpret technical diagrams, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC or Chiller Service Engineer.
• Strong electrical, controls and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to interpret schematics, piping diagrams and technical data.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and commission Water Chillers, AC and HVAC systems.
• Fault-find and repair across Chillers, DX, Split, VRV/VRF, AHUs and ventilation plants.
• Complete clear service documentation and provide practical improvement recommendations.
• Carry out all work in line with Zero Harm expectations and safe working practices.
• Support customers with responsive communication, technical guidance and professional site conduct.

What We Look For:

• Proven experience as an HVAC or Chiller Service Engineer.
• Strong electrical,controlsand diagnostic skills.

• Level 3 HVACqualification.
• Experience working with York, Trane, Carrier, Daikin,Hitachior Mitsubishi Electric equipment.
• Experience across chiller, DX, split, VRV/VRF,AHUor ventilation plant environments.
