DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The Application Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of software applications by providing first and second-line support to clients and internal users. This role acts as the critical bridge between end users, Product Managers, and Engineers — receiving issues, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating resolution efficiently. The ideal candidate is technically curious, a clear communicator, and comfortable working across functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

1. Experience in application/software support — helping clients solve issues
2. Ability to collaborate with PM and Engineers effectively
3. Basic troubleshooting skills, including:
   • API testing with Postman
   • Database querying (basic SQL or equivalent)
4. Ability to gather user requirements and design solutions (to assist PM workload)
5. Basic network knowledge (for troubleshooting network-related issues)
6. Demonstrates strong learning agility / quick thinking during interview
