Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Application Sales Specialist role based in Kecamatan Ciamis, serving Yogyakarta and surrounding areas. The Application Sales Specialist supports customers by demonstrating laboratory products and applications, providing technical explanations, and recommending solutions that align with research and diagnostic needs. Daily activities include visiting laboratories and healthcare facilities, conducting product presentations, managing sales cycles from prospecting to closing, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves organizing and delivering product training, assisting with installation and basic troubleshooting, and coordinating closely with internal sales operations and technical teams. The specialist is expected to document customer interactions, prepare reports, and contribute feedback to enhance product offerings and customer support.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, customer-facing interaction, and professional documentation.
• Relevant Laboratory Skills in immunology, ELISA, or related diagnostic techniques, with familiarity in lab equipment and reagents.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations, including prospecting, pipeline management, and follow-up for laboratory and healthcare customers.
• Experience in Training, with the ability to plan and deliver product and application training sessions for customer teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work on-site, travel within the assigned region, and manage time effectively across multiple customer accounts.
• Comfort with using basic digital tools (CRM systems, office productivity software) to track activities and prepare reports.
• Demonstrated customer-focused mindset, problem-solving skills, and interest in scientific applications and diagnostics.
