Job summary

PT SEW Eurodrive Indonesia is seeking a Product Manager for HIS/Mechatronic products. You will lead product management, support sales toward annual targets, and coordinate with SEW-Eurodrive offices globally to align on product strategy.

You will manage technical docs, demonstrations, and customer training while shaping new business opportunities. Ideal candidates will drive customer collaboration, oversee documentation, build prototypes, customize solutions, and participate in DA-SEA training.

Responsibilities

• Owns product management for SEW Indonesia's HIS/Mechatronic products
• Monitors and supports sales to achieve annual targets in HIS/Mechatronic line
• Acts as point of contact between SEW-Eurodrive worldwide offices for HIS/Mechatronic products
• Manages documentation (user manuals, success stories, technical specs) and provides ad-hoc reporting
• Supports marketing campaigns, trade shows, and marketing materials
• Collaborates with customers to understand technical requirements and innovation needs
• Develops and builds demonstration systems (prototypes) for in-house evaluation
• Customizes HIS/Mechatronic products to customer conditions
• Identifies new business opportunities by reviewing industry trends
• Creates feasibility analyses and evaluates future product ideas for executives
• Serves as contact for customers seeking technical assistance
• Troubleshoots and provides timely technical solutions
• Develops and provides technical training modules for customers
• Provides guidance on integrating products into existing workflows
• Performs customer visits and presents customized solutions
• Builds and maintains strong customer relationships with evolving needs
• Ensures competency across Mechatronics products in the company
• Part of the Drive Academy South East Asia trainer team (DA-SEA)

Job description

• being responsible for the product management of all HIS/Mechatronic products of SEW Indonesia
• actively monitor and support the sales department to achieve the annual company targets in the field of HIS/Mechatronic products
• acting as point of contact between SEW-Eurodrive worldwide offices for HIS/Mechatronic products
• manage relevant documentation (incl. user manuals, success stories, technical specs etc.) and provide Ad-hoc reporting for relevant product groups
• supporting marketing campaigns, e.g. through direct marketing, by participating in trade shows or creating marketing materials
• collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements / innovation needs
• develop and build demonstration systems (prototypes) for the purpose of in-house evaluation and testing them
• customize existing HIS/Mechatronic products to customer's external conditions
• develop new business opportunities through reviewing industry trends and understanding industry needs in the market
• create feasibility analysis and evaluation of future product ideas for executives
• serve as a point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance to foster long-term partnerships
• troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
• develop and provide technical training modules for your customers
• provide guidance on how to integrate the product seamlessly into existing products / workflows
• carry out customer visits and present customized solutions to their problems
• build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their evolving technical needs
• Ensure competency level in all Mechatronics products in the company is met.
• Part of trainer team in Drive Academy South East Asia (DA-SEA)
