Shape & Create is seeking a strategic Regional Head of Technical Service to drive service excellence across the APAC region. You will oversee after-sales support, field service, and warranty claims while collaborating with Global TQM and QA teams to improve product reliability.

You will design training for partners and internal teams, standardize service workflows, and mentor a multi-cultural regional team to deliver world-class customer experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanics, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Technical Service, After-Sales, or Quality functions, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record in managing cross-regional operations within the APAC landscape.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as senior technical escalation authority across the region for complex product, installation, and quality issues.
• Oversee end-to-end after-sales service lifecycle including on-site field support and warranty claims.
• Partner with Global TQM and plant QA teams for root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Design and deliver standardized technical training for distributors, developers, and installers.
• Standardize service workflows and SOPs to align with ISO standards and Group policies.
• Support business development by co-developing after-sales and technical service frameworks with distributors and key accounts.
• Lead and mentor the regional Technical Service team with clear KPIs.
