Job summary

PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Treasury Finance staff in Jakarta to manage daily cash receipts and payments, monitor bank balances, and handle reconciliation tasks. The role requires a clear understanding of cash management and payment processes and strong Excel skills.

Ideal candidates have at least a D3/S1 in accounting or finance, with 1 year of treasury experience, and possess strong organizational and communication abilities to coordinate across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance/Treasury.
• Good understanding of cash management, bank reconciliation, and payment processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work accurately under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash receipts and payments.
• Monitor company cash balances and bank accounts.
• Process and verify payment transactions and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Monitor daily cash flow and outstanding payments.
• Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions.
• Prepare treasury and cash flow reports.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and related departments.
• Maintain proper filing of treasury and payment documents.
