Job summary

Saint-Gobain Indonesia is seeking a seasoned AP & Treasury Lead to drive planning, payment processing, and cash management across domestic and international activities. You will supervise invoicing, optimize banking terms, manage liquidity, and guide a high-performing team to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and fluent English and Indonesian. You will engage with regional treasury stakeholders to ensure risk controls and compliance

Qualifications

• 8+ years finance experience with 3+ years relevant management experience in AP & Treasury function at a Multinational company (or large domestic group).
• Strong knowledge of cash management, financial risk management, and hedging strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with financial institutions and internal stakeholders.
• Be familiar with SAP/QAD/M3 (ERP).
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise vendor payment runs using the AP Aging.
• Oversee timely processing of supplier invoices and expense reports.
• Ensure payments comply with company policies for domestic and international vendors.
• Optimize bank relationships and terms for credit lines and accounts.
• Manage cash pooling, intercompany transactions, and cash sweeps.
• Lead the AP & Treasury daily operations and closing processes.
• Recruit, train, and retain team members; develop capabilities.
• Collaborate with Asia Pacific treasury team on regulatory changes.
