Job summary

Intellect is a workplace mental health and EAP provider expanding across Australia and New Zealand. This role acts as the operating and strategy engine for the ANZ market, translating priorities into actions across Product, Operations, Clinical, Legal and Revenue.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations or commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Turn GM priorities into clear, structured requests across Product, Ops, Clinical, Legal and Revenue.
• Run weekly ANZ-to-HQ status cadence and escalate when decisions are needed.
• Own a live register of ANZ strategic initiatives with owner, status and next action.
• Project-manage HQ onboarding of new client go-lives: product configuration, clinical resourcing and ops setup.
• Own 3-5 ANZ initiatives at a time with defined scope, timeline, dependencies and success criteria.
• Draft structured requirements for Product and flag slippage before it becomes client risk.
• Research market proposals, pricing and value proposition including 2027 pricing strategy.
• Build business cases and briefing packs for leadership forums.
• Maintain ANZ HubSpot pipeline accuracy and contribute to monthly business review.
• Flag pipeline coverage gaps three months before quarter end.
• Chair Go/No-Go on new tenders and ensure compliance pre-checks (insurance, data sovereignty, accreditation).
• Coordinate ANZ people processes with People team and protect GM's calendar from non-commercial admin.
