Job summary

Techconnect in Australia is seeking a capable Business Analyst to support growth and strategic initiatives across the Consumer Group's businesses in Australia. You will work closely with business leaders and factory teams to analyse issues, develop recommendations and deliver assigned workstreams.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in consulting, business improvement, strategy, operations or manufacturing, with strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to turning analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in a relevant field.
• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, business improvement, strategy, operations, or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to accuracy.
• Manufacturing or operational exposure is preferred; experience supporting commercial initiatives is a plus.
• Consumer-sector experience, particularly food or FMCG, and Australia work permit are advantages.
• Clear communication and the ability to adapt to different stakeholders and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse revenue, margins and operational performance; reconcile data, validate assumptions and prepare business cases.
• Support pricing, product mix, customer and channel development, and launches alongside commercial teams.
• Work with factory teams to improve productivity and processes.
• Own assigned workstreams from diagnosis through implementation, coordinating actions and tracking measurable results.
• Build relationships across functions, secure follow-through and communicate recommendations, progress and blockers clearly.
