Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Customer Care Specialist (Animal Nutrition) in Pasuruan, Indonesia. You will manage the end-to-end OTC process, handle orders, coordinate with production and logistics, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You bring a diploma or bachelor’s degree with 4–5 years in customer service or supply chain coordination, SAP experience, and strong communication skills to drive service excellence across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI experience a plus.
• Understanding of end-to-end OTC process.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned customers to ensure clear communication.
• Manage customer service activities per SOPs and compliance.
• Handle enquiries, orders, and coordination with production or supply.
• Coordinate and confirm supply chain for imports and deliveries.
• Apply Just-In-Time principles to optimize delivery and inventory.
• Monitor end-to-end OTC process and ensure accurate orders.
• Coordinate deliveries across channels and with third parties.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other departments.
• Provide updates on order status and delays.
• Maintain order documentation and ERP reporting.
• Support continuous improvement of processes.
