Job summary

Agoda is seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to drive performance marketing for Flights. You will analyze large datasets, run experiments, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that boost channel growth across multiple channels.

You will collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and supply teams, leveraging SQL, Tableau, and Excel to deliver measurable impact and reports to senior stakeholders. This is a data-driven role in a fast-moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a Data Analyst role or related big data projects.
• Strong data-driven approach with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in BI tools and data warehousing concepts (SQL, Tableau, Excel).
• Excellent written and oral communication, with stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Set marketing strategy for Flights verticals (excluding pricing).
• Develop, execute, and optimize growth strategies across channels.
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights on channel performance and user behavior.
• Design experiments (A/B tests) and build analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply teams to identify opportunities.
