Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL, Tableau and Excel for data visualization and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define data-driven marketing insights to improve Agoda's performance across channels.
• Lead end-to-end analyses of large datasets to inform channel growth and optimization.
• Design experiments (A/B tests) and translate results into action.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Analytics teams to drive initiatives.
• Communicate findings clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop a team of analysts.
