Job summary

Arethia seeks an experienced Analytical Chemist to advance our analytical capabilities, supporting product quality, innovation, and research excellence. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to guide analytical methodologies and ensure high standards across scientific activities.

You will develop and validate methods, troubleshoot techniques, and drive adoption of advanced instrumentation to strengthen our R&D performance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in analytical laboratories, with hands‑on exposure to method development and validation.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify root causes.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and consistency in executing laboratory work and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate analytical methods: design, optimize, and validate robust analytical methodologies to ensure accuracy, precision, and reproducibility of results.
• Generate reliable scientific insights: deliver high-quality data and translate complex results into meaningful insights that support product development and decision‑making.
• Leverage advanced analytical technologies: utilize and oversee instruments such as GC‑FID, HPLC, and GC‑MS, Tensiometer, Viscometer to produce consistent outputs.
• Drive innovation in analytical capabilities: evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and techniques to enhance laboratory performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally: work with R&D, QA, QC, and engineering teams to align on project goals and ensure seamless execution of analytical activities.
• Interpret and communicate data effectively: analyze complex datasets and present findings clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Build and share scientific expertise: support knowledge sharing, training, and mentoring to strengthen team capabilities.
