Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or closely related field

• Experience operating and troubleshooting HPLC, GC‑MS, UV‑Vis, FTIR
• Fluent in English, strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine chemical, physical, and instrumental analyses using HPLC, GC‑MS, UV‑Vis, FTIR, and titration equipment
• Input test results, CoA, and quality release confirmations into the ERP QM module
• Execute ERP transactions to issue raw materials to lab orders and track chemical lots
• Block or release inventory batches within ERP based on analytical compliance with specifications
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Procurement to resolve quality holds and data configurations

Job description

Responsible for performing accurate qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. The role ensures that all testing protocols comply with applicable global standards, supported by systematic data recording, appropriate material disposition decisions, and timely supply chain actions within the company's ERP system. The Quality Analyst also conducts routine inspections, safety program checks, and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments.

Key responsibilities

Perform routine and non-routine chemical, physical, and instrumental analyses using HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and titration equipment.

Accurately input test results, certificates of analysis (CoA), and quality release confirmations directly into the ERP Quality Management (QM) module.

Execute ERP transactions to issue raw materials to lab orders and track chemical lots.

Systematically block or release inventory batches within the ERP system based on analytical compliance with established engineering specifications.

Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Procurement to resolve quality holds and streamline material master data configurations.

About you

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemical Analyst or a closely related field

2+ years of hands‑on laboratory experience in an industrial setting (chemical, food/beverage, or manufacturing)

Proven proficiency utilizing ERP software platforms specifically modules related to Quality Management (QM)

Experience operating and troubleshooting modern laboratory instruments (HPLC, GC‑MS, UV‑Vis, wet chemistry techniques)

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Able to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment

Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Demonstrates strong attention to detail and consistently maintains data accuracy

Strong knowledge of analytical methods

Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within tight deadlines
