Job summary

DBS Bank Indonesia is seeking a COO Office/Business Management & Support professional to manage end-to-end fulfillment of TR/TPC/Retail programs, including acquisition, portfolio, CASA, FD and digital payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience while navigating a fast-paced banking environment and leveraging strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
