Analyst - Client Onboarding Coordination

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of managing and delivering quality outcomes. Strong understanding of, and experience with, equity markets and products, particularly equity finance products such as equity swaps and securities finance transactions (stock loan and repo).
• Good analytical skills and knowledge of the entire equity lifecycle, including front to back operations, legal documentation (ISDAs, GMSLAs, GMRAs), funding, margining, and collateral requirements. Familiarity with AML / KYC and regulatory frameworks is essential.
• Demonstrated experience managing onboarding, documentation or business delivery pipelines. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across business functions and with external clients.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, complemented by an analytical mindset and the ability to rapidly assimilate new products and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills. Proven capability to build collaborative relationships, influence peers, and effectively engage with stakeholders.
