Job summary

PT. Cipta Orion Metal, an Indonesian manufacturer of LPG gas regulators under the DESTEC brand, seeks 3 Admin / Analyst to join the team in Tangerang.

Roles support IT / Office Administration, HR Operations, and Technical Process Analysis with a strong emphasis on organization, analysis, and problem-solving. On-site work in Tangerang with opportunities to contribute across business functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in administration, operations, analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking with a structured approach to work.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data and documentation.
• Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English proficiency is required, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and comfortable working with data and documentation.
• Willing to work on-site in Tangerang.
• Willing and able to travel when required; no restriction on business travel.
• Salary budget: Approximately IDR 6-8 million/month base salary.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support within the assigned function.
• Maintain accurate records, documents, data, and reports.
• Collect, organize, and analyze information to support daily operations and decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Monitor tasks, follow up on action items, and maintain proper documentation.
• Identify issues, organize information, and support practical solutions.
• Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as required by the assigned function.
