Job summary

Prudential Syariah in Jakarta Selatan seeks an experienced Project Manager to define initiative scopes, align stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives within the insurance domain.

You will develop detailed plans, monitor progress, produce business reports, and support forecasting and planning with strong leadership and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field; Master’s and/or PMP an advantage.
• Proven experience in strategic performance management, business analysis, and project management, preferably in insurance.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional team experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, resources, and priorities management.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with high quality.

Responsibilities:

• Define and document initiative scopes, objectives, and desired outcomes.
• Set and manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, by providing regular updates and addressing any issues both internally and externally.
• Develop detailed initiative plans and ensure resource availability.
• Monitor and control initiatives progress, ensuring it stays on track. Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for FY achievement impact and future projects.
• Develop business reports and presentations to support strategic planning
• Evaluate key performance indicators and provide actionable insights
• Work closely with stakeholders to refine business strategies.
• Support management in business forecasting, planning, and performance monitoring.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in strategic performance management, business analysis, and project management, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational objectives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to effectively manage budgets, resources, and project priorities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficient in interpreting complex data, generating actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
