Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an Air Freight Sales Assistant Manager to drive business development and expand key accounts in international air freight. The role focuses on delivering tailored, time-sensitive logistics solutions while balancing cost and service quality.

You will manage tenders, run pricing simulations, and coordinate with internal operations and global stakeholders to win and grow strategic B2B opportunities. Fluent English and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Direct Sales or Account Management in Freight Forwarding, 3PL, or Air Freight.
• Experience selling logistics solutions under a B2B model.
• Current role at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level.
• Strong knowledge of Air Freight operations and route optimization.
• Experience managing tenders, pricing simulations, and negotiations.
• Knowledge of international air import/export processes and customs regulations.
• Proven experience handling international or strategic corporate accounts.
• Professional fluency in English for business communications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers within Air Freight and Logistics.
• Manage and expand relationships with international and strategic clients.
• Conduct pricing simulations and tender processes for air freight services.
• Develop tailored logistics and air cargo solutions based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate international air import/export activities and shipping documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international air freight procedures.
• Collaborate with internal operations and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Support customer meetings, negotiations, and logistics solution presentations.
