PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an Ocean Freight Sales Assistant Manager to drive business development with Mandarin-speaking clients and China–Indonesia trade lanes. Based in Semarang or Cibitung, you will lead hunting, tender management, pricing simulations, and account expansion for B2B logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics or supply chain.
• 3+ years in direct sales, business development or account management in freight forwarding/ ocean freight.
• English fluency required; Mandarin preferred.
• Experience in tenders, pricing simulations and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers in Ocean Freight and logistics.
• Grow relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients and key accounts.
• Conduct pricing simulations and manage tender processes.
• Develop tailored logistics solutions based on client needs.
• Coordinate export/import activities and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
• Collaborate with operations and regional teams for execution.
