Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Freight Operations.
• Exposure to export shipment handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end air freight export operations, ensuring timely shipment execution, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate shipment activities from booking confirmation to completion.
• Ensure all export documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Liaise closely with Procurement teams for booking-related matters.
• Maintain strong working relationships with airlines for operational coordination.
• Submit shipment documents to the relevant internal teams on the same day.
• Ensure compliance with export customs requirements and operational procedures.
• Monitor shipment progress and escalate issues promptly to ensure continuity.
