CTX’s Air Freight Manager oversees global air freight operations, driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality across networks. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of air freight processes.

The position reports to senior management and coordinates with sales, customs, and operations to align objectives. You will optimize carrier management, negotiate contracts, monitor market trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead the air freight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 5–7 years in air freight ops with 3+ years in leadership.
• Knowledge of air freight procedures, carriers, and docs.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement air freight strategies to optimize operations.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with airlines and agents.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes for growth.
• Ensure compliance with IATA, ISO, and CT-PAT standards.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and supply chain for integrated solutions.
• Coordinate RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs aligned with strategy.
• Build relationships with airlines, authorities, and vendors.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Prepare reports on performance and profitability for senior mgmt.
• Lead the air freight team with guidance and development.
