Job summary

CEVA Logistics Indonesia seeks an Air Export Administrator to join the Jakarta team. You will manage air export shipments, coordinate with airlines, shippers, and internal teams to ensure timely bookings and accurate documentation.

You will monitor SOP compliance, KPI targets, and invoicing processes while maintaining strong communication with network, sales, and vendor partners to deliver seamless air freight services for our customers.

Qualifications

• Communication with Network, Sales and Vendor.
• Communication with airlines for booking space, checking rate, negotiate rate, and monitoring after shipment depart.
• Communication with shipper: Request TOM ID, creating jobfile, prepare draft hawb/mawb and revised hawb/mawb, update GPKUA/GPCKA and other events based on SOP for each customer.
• Monitor Air Export shipment: follow SOP, meet KPI, accrual, monitor un-billing invoice, autorating, discrepancy, speed of invoice, balance of storage deposit.
• Coordination with IFFO operation to ensure shipment smoothly from begining until finish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air export shipments and maintain SOP compliance.
• Liaise with airlines for bookings, rates, and space allocation; liaise with road and PIB teams as needed.
• Prepare and update air waybills and related documents per customer SOPs.
• Monitor invoicing, accruals, and storage deposits; address discrepancies and timely billing.
• Collaborate with IFFO operations to ensure end-to-end shipment smoothness.
