Geonet Property & Finance Group seeks a senior AI-driven design leader to elevate our visual brand across luxury hospitality assets. You will own the creative workflow, shape the tools and processes, and push the quality of every asset for markets in Australia and the Asia-Pacific.

Open as a defined one-month contractor engagement with potential extension to longer contracts or full-time roles. Based in Bali or collaborating in-studio, with openness to expats and digital-nomad designers.

• Turn briefs into finished, on-brand work at a fast pace.
• Own the AI design stack: tools, usage, quality, and brand exactness while delivering quickly.
• Design for a regulated business with taste and discipline—marketing a lifestyle while representing a licensed financial product.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and external partners to meet a global standard.
• Mentor the existing creative team and lift output alongside your own.

Lead Geonet's AI-driven creative to the level of the global hospitality brands we build alongside — including ELLE Resort & Beach Club and The Wylder. This is a leadership seat for someone who already designs with today's AI stack: you will set the creative bar, own the AI workflow the team runs on, and raise the quality of everything we ship across Australia and the Asia-Pacific. Opening as a defined one-month contractor engagement with a path to an extended contract or full-time role.

What you'll do:

• Lead AI-driven visual design across the brand: websites, motion and video animation, campaign creative, and premium visual assets for a luxury audience.
• Turn briefs into finished, on-brand work at a pace that changes what the team can take on.
• Own the AI design stack: which tools we use, how we use them, and how we hold quality and brand exactness while moving fast.
• Design for a regulated business with taste and discipline — marketing a lifestyle while representing a licensed financial product, and keeping both immaculate.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and external partners so every asset meets a global standard.
• Mentor the existing creative team and lift their output alongside your own.

About you:

• Current, deep AI design fluency — you know today's landscape and build with it daily across tools like Claude, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Krea, Figma, Framer, and v0.
• A portfolio that shows work for global brands and luxury lifestyle hotels, with craft that speaks for itself.
• You know luxury hospitality from the inside as a guest, and you read an audience that spans Australia and the Asia-Pacific.
• You understand what building under an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) means for how a brand presents itself.
• Independent and senior: you scope your own work, quote it fairly, and deliver finished results with little oversight.
• Based in Bali (or open to in-studio collaboration); open to expats and Bali's digital-nomad design community.
