Shopee is seeking a Regional People AI Transformation professional to help shape and execute an enterprise-wide AI agenda in Indonesia. You will translate workflow pain points into prioritized AI use cases, manage project plans, and coordinate across People, Product, Technology, and Data teams to ensure adoption and measurable impact.

You will define KPIs, support governance, and drive change-management initiatives, leveraging strong analytical and communication skills to deliver practical

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time strategy consulting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven project management skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards for insights.
• Experience with AI products and enterprise use cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and execution of the Regional AI transformation agenda.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, employee experience, quality, cost and risk.
• Translate workflow pain points into prioritized AI use cases and business cases.
• Manage the portfolio of AI initiatives with plans and risks.
• Coordinate execution across regional and local teams with Product and Technology.
• Define and track KPIs and drive adoption through governance and training.
