Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Regional People AI Transformation professional to help shape and execute an enterprise-wide AI agenda in Indonesia. You will translate workflow pain points into prioritized AI use cases, manage project plans, and coordinate across People, Product, Technology, and Data teams to ensure adoption and measurable impact.

You will define KPIs, support governance, and drive change-management initiatives, leveraging strong analytical and communication skills to deliver practical

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time strategy consulting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven project management skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards for insights.
• Experience with AI products and enterprise use cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job description

Job Description:

• Support the development and execution of the Regional People AI transformation agenda, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, employee experience, quality, cost, and risk.
• Work with People teams to translate workflow pain points into prioritised AI use cases, business cases and implementation plans.
• Manage the portfolio of AI initiatives, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate execution across Regional and Local People teams, Product, Technology, Data and other relevant functions.
• Drive rollout and adoption through process redesign, SOPs, playbooks, training and change-management activities.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption and business impact, and use performance data and user feedback to improve solutions.
• Support responsible AI governance, including usage guidelines, guardrails and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field a Master's degree would be advantageous but is not required
• Minimum 2 years of full-time strategy working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, excluding internship and part-time work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop practical recommendations.
• Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, deliverables, risks and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and dashboards to generate insights and measure impact.
• Experience with AI products, Large Language Models and common enterprise use cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
