Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an experienced PMO/Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end AI-driven delivery programs for logistics. You will coordinate multiple engineering-led initiatives, shaping roadmaps and aligning with product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate problems into executable plans.

In this role you will manage risks, governance, and reporting to executives while driving continuous improvement across delivery practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IS, Business or related field
• 5+ years in PMO/TPM/PM/Engagement roles in tech/logistics/e-commerce/consulting
• Experience managing program-level initiatives or multiple interrelated projects
• Knowledge of AI developments and AI solutions in logistics/operational environments
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• PM certs (Scrum, PMP, CAPM) is a plus

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk management frameworks
• Partner closely with Product, Engineers, Operations teams, and Business stakeholders to translate business problems into executable delivery plans
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders, including progress updates, risks, priorities, and scope changes
• Provide clear project reporting and executive updates, including regular status and business impact presentations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Continuously improve project management frameworks, delivery governance, and cross-functional execution practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, Engagement Manager roles in tech, logistics, e-commerce, or consulting companies
• Experience managing program-level initiatives or multiple interrelated projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with AI developments and the application of AI solutions in logistics or operational environments
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Project management certification (Scrum, PMP, CAPM) is a plus
