Job description

This role is for someone who uses generative AI as a serious creative production tool — not simply for prompting, but for creating consistent characters, environments, scenes, and visual stories at production quality. You will join the in-house Brand & Creative team to create high-quality, photorealistic AI-generated images and visual assets for campaigns and content.

Key responsibilities

Create high-quality, photorealistic AI-generated images and visual assets for campaigns and content.

Develop consistent AI characters across multiple scenes, expressions, outfits, environments, and storylines.

Generate realistic Indonesian environments, families, communities, workplaces, homes, crowds, and everyday situations.

Create visual assets and scenes for AI-generated video production.

Work closely with the Creative & Production Lead to translate creative direction and storyboards into final visual assets.

Collaborate with the AI Video & Motion Designer to prepare characters and scenes for animation and video.

Work with the Brand & Graphic Designer to create campaign key visuals and communication assets.

Retouch, composite, correct, and refine AI-generated outputs when required.

Continuously test new generative AI tools and workflows to improve quality, consistency, speed, and realism.

Maintain organised character references, visual libraries, prompts/workflows, and production assets.

About you

Strong hands-on experience with generative AI image tools and workflows.

Able to demonstrate consistent characters across multiple scenes, not just individual beautiful AI images.

Strong understanding of composition, lighting, perspective, colour, human anatomy, facial expressions, and visual storytelling.

Strong attention to detail — able to identify and correct unrealistic AI outputs.

Good understanding of Indonesian people, environments, culture, architecture, clothing, and everyday life.

Comfortable combining AI generation with conventional tools such as Photoshop or equivalent image-editing/compositing software.

Basic understanding of AI video generation is highly preferred.

Curious and constantly experimenting with new AI creative technology.

Able to work from creative direction while independently solving visual-production problems.

We are not looking for someone whose AI experience is limited to typing prompts and selecting the best result.

We are looking for someone who understands the complete process:

You should be comfortable generating many iterations, identifying what is wrong, correcting it, and continuing until the visual reaches the required standard.
