Job summary

PT. DYNA SOUL SOLUTION is seeking a creative AI Generated Content Specialist to craft high-quality AI-generated short-form videos.

You will turn briefs into engaging visuals, leveraging prompt engineering, AI generation, and expert video editing to deliver content efficiently and at scale. The role requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with social media formats, and the ability to iterate prompts for better outcomes while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience creating AI-generated videos, images, or other generative AI content.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Highfields, Dreamina or similar platforms.
• Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
• Able to consistently produce around 10 AI-generated short videos per day while maintaining strong quality standards.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to identify and fix visual inconsistencies in AI-generated content.
• Strong understanding of short-form video content, social media trends, visual storytelling, and engaging pacing.
• Good understanding of prompting and the ability to continuously refine prompts based on results.

Responsibilities

• Create approximately 10 high-quality AI-generated short-form videos per day, depending on project requirements.
• Transform creative concepts, references, and briefs into engaging AI-generated videos and visual content.
• Create and optimize detailed prompts for image, video, voice, animation, and other generative AI workflows.
• Combine multiple AI tools and techniques to achieve the desired visual style, movement, composition, and storytelling.
• Edit, refine, and polish AI-generated content using professional video editing software.
• Ensure every output meets the required visual quality, consistency, accuracy, and creative direction.
• Pay close attention to small details such as hands, faces, movements, transitions, lighting, backgrounds, text, objects, and visual consistency.
• Experiment with new AI tools, models, prompting techniques, and creative workflows to improve both quality and production efficiency.
• Revise and improve creative assets based on feedback from the creative or project team.
• Manage multiple content requests and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest AI-generated content trends, tools, techniques, and short-form video formats.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience creating AI-generated videos, images, or other generative AI content.

Hands‑on experience with AI video generation tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Highfields, Dreamina, or similar platforms.

Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.

Able to consistently produce around 10 AI-generated short videos per day while maintaining strong quality standards.

Highly detail-oriented and able to identify and fix visual inconsistencies in AI-generated content.

Strong understanding of short-form video content, social media trends, visual storytelling, and engaging pacing.

Good understanding of prompting and the ability to continuously refine prompts based on results.

Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Portfolio showcasing AI-generated video/content is required.
