Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing/growth/performance (startup, SaaS, or commerce tech preferred).
• High agency: plan, execute, and ship outcomes without waiting for direction.
• Data-driven: comfortable owning funnel metrics and making decisions from numbers.
• AI native: actively use AI to move faster and better in daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition across Meta (Click-to-WhatsApp), Google/Search, TikTok, retargeting, and experiments.
• Launch weekly tests (creative angles, audiences, offers, landing pages, WhatsApp flows).
• Build follow-up + nurture loops to increase close rate and reduce lead drop-off.
• Set up lightweight reporting tying marketing to revenue.
• Turn AI features into simple value propositions and build landing pages, decks, one-pagers, use cases, and case studies.
